Rating: 4/5 stars
John Abraham and Manoj Bajpayee’s yet another collaboration, Satyameva Jayate has finally hit the screens today. This emotionally-stirring vigilante drama has been helmed by Milap Zaveri. The trailers and promos had promised us a lot. But, does the film stay true to that promise? We certainly think so!
Here are the five reasons why you must give John & Manoj’s next outing together a shot:
The leading men and ladies!
Parmanu star John Abraham and the backbone of Aiyaary, Manoj Bajpayee are at the center of this presentation. The two, along with the promising debutante, Aisha Sharma are so perfect in their respective roles that you just can’t get enough of them!
A BIG TREAT for all action movie lovers!
Every single action sequence is a cinematic treat for all of them who love cinema and don’t mind some well-crafted action-filled confrontation sequences. The scenes involving blood, gore and firearms are bound to keep the viewers at the edge of their seats!
Emotionally-stirring music set pieces
Milap Zaveri has masterfully managed to incorporate multiple moods in the film, which are complemented really well by its musical sequences. To some, the music numbers might seem out of place initially, but at the end of it all, everything will end up making sense.
A gripping narrative!
With Satyameva Jayate, Milap Zaveri sprung a pleasant surprise on us by showing his storytelling prowess in full glory. Nothing, and we mean NOTHING, is out of place in this film. In fact, Zaveri has done his job so swiftly that it was very hard for us to find any plot holes.
A multitude of potential ever-green one-liners!
The dialogue-writing team sincerely needs a standing ovation for their commendable work in coining out such phrases that might soon gain the “evergreen” or iconic status in a short span of time. All the one-liners that fell on our ears have a purpose, which is something that they serve very well. Some of the dialogues that we came across in this presentation could change your perspective on the subject that the Milap Zaveri film is based on.
