Aamir Khan‘s last release Dangal became a huge hit at the Indian box office as well as globally. But Prabahs Baahubali 2: The Conclusion came as a big competition for the biopic. But does Mr. perfectionist Aamir Khan considers Baahubali as a tough competition. Well at the trailer launch of Secret Superstar, Aamir Khan replied to this question and we must say his answer will surely make you think at a different point.

At the trailer launch of Secret Superstar, Aamir Khan was asked if the industry should take the pressure of Baahubali’s success and consider it as a big competition, to which he replied, “Personally, I think it is great. This is what cinema is all about. Baahubali has shown us that language is not a barrier. As long as people connect to the material, story and characters, language makes no difference. So I am really happy for the film. I have not seen it unfortunately as yet, but I look forward to watch it soon.”

He further added saying “It is so wonderful that people have connected so deeply with the film and gone out in numbers to watch the film. Actually, Baahubali 2 has shown us the potential of Hindi films, which we have not yet tapped. It’s great and all congratulations to the entire film for the huge success that they have had”

Well as Aamir Khan says, Baahubali has surely made Bollywood filmmakers realize that movies are way beyond romantic dramas. It will be interesting to see which filmmaker takes Aamir’s advice seriously.
