OUT NOW: The Official trailer of Secret Superstar is here!

After the teaser posters, the makers of Secret Superstar have released the first trailer of the film. Starring Zaira Wasim and Aamir Khan in an extended cameo, Secret Superstar traces the journey of a 14-year-old Muslim girl named Insia from Vadodara. Her dream is to make a big mark in the music industry but he father is against it.

Aamir Khan plays the character of Shakti Kumar, a hit musician and reality show judge.

Secret Superstar is directed by debutant Advait Chandan and co-produced by Aamir Khan, Kiran Rao, Akash Chawla and Zee Studios. The musical drama also features Meher Vij, Raj Arjun, Tirth Sharma, Kabir Sheikh and Farrukh Jaffer.

The film is slated to release in Diwali. The movie will clash with Rohit Shetty’s Golmaal Again.
