No legal action against ‘Dangal’: Geeta Phogat’s coach

There were several reports yesterday about how Geeta Phogat’s coach PR Sondhi is miffed with the way his character has been portrayed in the film. There were also rumours that he wants to take legal action against the film, which is based on real life of wrestler Mahavir Phogat and his two daughters, Geeta and Babita Phogat.

But he had something else to say in his interview to ANI. He said, “Mai ek baar Aamir Khan ko kehna chahunga ki unhe coach se baat karni chahiye role dikhane se pehle; Action lene ka koi irada nahi (I wish to tell Aamir Khan that he should talk to the coach before portraying the role. I don’t wish to take any (legal) action against him).”

Aamir Khan’s ‘Dangal’ is being appreciated by masses for the star cast’s stellar performance. The film is already breaking records, and for now there is no legal trouble for the film.
