Shocking! Ranbir Kapoor charging this much for IPL 2018?

Even though his films aren’t really hitting the bull’s eye lately, Ranbir Kapoor still continues to be an expensive star to get on board. And this isn’t just restricted to his films, but also the small screen. We are talking about the closing ceremony of the Indian Premier League 2018. We had reported a few days ago that Ranbir will be hosting a segment before the final match, but here’s more to it.

If sources are to be believed, the Tamasha star is being paid a whopping amount of Rs. 1 crore to turn host.  The name of the show is Cricket Final Party Toh Banti Hai and it will see Ranbir as the host for the first time. A lot of actors were considered to host this segment but since Sanju is the talk of the town these days, the organizers thought the on-screen Sanjay Dutt would be the ideal choice for the show. Ranbir has already shot for the promo and will be shooting for the entire segment on May 27, on the day of the finals itself.

This entire segment will be a star-studded affair as it will also see Salman Khan, Jacqueline Fernandez and Anil Kapoor for the promotions of Race 3 and Kareena Kapoor Khan and Sonam Kapoor Ahuja for Veere Di Wedding. All in all, May 27 promises to be a day to remember!
