Secret Superstar to release in Russia and Taiwan

Aamir Khan’s Secret Superstar which was very much appreciated by the Indian audience is all set to release in Russia and Taiwan on December 3. The film that has minted over 62 Cr in India and over 6.5mn USD overseas. Secret Superstar went on to become one of the sleeper hits of 2017, the film raked over 100 crores worldwide.

The movie not just received appreciation in India but all the places it released. It has done exceptionally well in the international shores. Expanding its horizons the film is now set to release in Russia and Taiwan, taking it to a larger section of the global audience. The film received accolades from critics and audience alike for its heart touching content.

Secret Superstar traces the journey of a 14-year-old Muslim girl named Insia from Vadodara. Her dream is to make a big mark in the music industry but he father is against it. Aamir Khan plays the character of Shakti Kumar, a hit musician and reality show judge. Owing to her successful act as a young aspiring singer in Secret Superstar, Zaira Wasim added another feather to her cap by winning The Best Child Artist of 2017.
