Here’s why Aamir Khan refuse to do the Sanjay Dutt biopic
Aamir Khan turned down Sunil Dutt’s role even though he was approached before the current actor!
Ranbir Kapoor has stepped into Sanjay Dutt’s shoes for Rajkumar Hirani’ directed Sanjay Dutt biopic. The movie is all about the father-son relationship which was shared between Sanjay and father Sunil Dutt in real life. But initially, the film was offered to Aamir Khan before any other actor was approached!
Yes! Hirani offered the role of Sunil Dutt to Aamir which is now being played by Paresh Rawal. When Hirani and writer Abhijat Joshi were narrating Sr. Dutt’s role to Khan, it came to him as a shock. Aamir politely turned the role down by saying, “I thought you were coming to narrate the role of Sanjay Dutt. I am not interested in playing the role of his father.”
We wonder if Aamir’s picky nature will result in the loss of a good film like this one.
