Shah Rukh Khan also owns an IPL cricket team called ‘Kolkata Knight Riders’. Sources tell us that SRK donates the prize money earned in these games to a children’s hospital.

During the release of his film ‘Dil To Pagal Hai’, the rising superstar used to charge Rs 5000 per interview with media channels. He used the money strictly for charity purposes only. He would take the money in the form of cheques in favor of various NGO’s.

An incident dated about four years back, where Shah Rukh lost his cool after having a heated argument with Mumbai’s Wankhede stadium’s watchman. The watchman went out of line and ill-treated Suhana (SRK’s daughter). He wasn’t worried about his public image or the rumors of him being drunk. His need to protect Suhana overtook everything and that is truly commendable!
