5 actors who will enter the action genre this year!

Action movies have been an integral part of Hindi Cinema since the 90’s and to embrace the legacy we have the newest batch of Bollywood entering he genre. The ‘macho-men’ in the showbiz are now geared up to make their debut in the adrenaline pumping action genre.  Let’s take a look at these newest entrants in the action scene

Sushant Singh Rajput

Sushant Singh Rajput has made his mark in Bollywood with movies like Kai Po Che and M.S Dhoni: The Untold Story. Having been appraised by the movie fraternity and the mass audience, he has managed it to make it to the A-league of Bollywood. After an excellent start, he is now going to make his action-debut with the forthcoming film, Raw.

Ranbir Kapoor

One of the most remarkable actors of our generation has made a league of his very own with his performances in films like Rockstar, Barfi, Tamasha and Jagga Jasoos to name a few. Due to this, RK Jr. has a cult following of his own. And now he is going to be on screen with his action-debut, Dragon right after he wraps up the Sanjay Dutt biopic.

Angad Bedi

Angad Bedi entered the Hindi Cinema scene with Shoojit Sircar’s National Award winning courtroom drama Pink. He was then seen in Gauri Shinde’s directorial drama, Dear Zindagi shortly after. After his two sensational box office hits, he will be seen performing some killer action stunts and hand-to-hand combat with Salman Khan in his upcoming film Tiger Zinda Hai

Harshvardhan Kapoor

Harshvardhan Kapoor has begun filming director Vikramaditya Motwane’s Bhavesh Joshi which is touted to be a hardcore action film. Bhavesh Joshi is Harshvardhan’s second film.It is said that the first performance based schedule has been wrapped up, post which Harshvardhan will reportedly shoot the action side of the film. Currently, Harshvardhan Harshvardhan is undergoing through some really intense training for the same.

Emraan Hashmi

Emraan Hashmi has been around in the film industry sometime now, and he has proved his versatility by giving multiple successful movies. The actor has the serial kisser image in the minds of his fans, as he was at the forefront of bringing the trend of kissing on screen in Bollywood. Now, the actor is gearing up to break that image with his upcoming Milan Luthria directorial, Baadshaho. The film has an ensemble cast comprising of Ajay Devgn and Vidyut Jamwal.

The movie is touted to be a full-fledged action movie which also includes Emraan who will be seen performing some adrenaline pumping stunts for the first time ever. It is a much welcome change on Emraan’s side.
