WHAT?! Is Tiger Zinda Hai a copycat film?

The world has been awe of the much-awaited Tiger Zinda Hai trailer since it dropped on Yash Raj Films’ social media account about yesterday. Here all the focus is (obviously) on Salman Khan, who has once again slipped into the skin of a RAW agent who has been handed over the task of rescuing 25 nurses who had been taking hostage by ISC. To make it more heart-wrenching, the backdrop has actually been inspired by true events from the year 2014, where 46 nurses were locked up by the ISIS IN Iraq.

But, earlier this year, Malayalam editor-turned-director Mahesh Narayanan also made a film which touched upon the same events which featured Parvathy, who will be soon making her Bollywood debut in the Irrfan Khan starrer Qarib Qarib Singlle.

The film in question is called Take Off.
