WHAT! After Sanju, a biopic to be made on Kapil Sharma?

The biopic bug has bitten the whole Bollywood, it seems! After seeing Sanjay Dutt’s life story in Sanju, a filmmaker wants to portray the journey of ace comedian, Kapil Sharma. Shocked? Well, it’s true. The filmmaker in question is Vinod Tiwari, who’s making his directorial debut with Krushna Abhishek’s Teri Bhabhi Hai Pagle.

In one of his recent interactions, this is what he said, “After watching Sanju, I am inspired to make a biopic and I feel a biopic on Kapil Sharma’s life will be worth and it’s a story that needs to be out. In 2010, we wanted to make a film with Kapil Ji but the producers couldn’t do it then but now even they are keen on doing it.”

When asked about the actor who can be the perfect choice to play the role, he said, “If Kapil Ji agrees to play himself, I would love to work with him or else I feel Krushna Abhishek would be the perfect choice as they both are known for their comic timing and he can do justice to Kapil Ji’s character.”

Do we actually need a biopic on Kapil Sharma?
