Last night, Twitter suspended singer Abhijeet’s account after several users accused him of making derogatory and insulting comments. If you visit Abhijeet’s Twitter handle, it will show that it’s suspended.

In retaliation, here’s what Sonu Nigam wrote while retweeting the tweet of one of the supporters of the singer.

Shortly after that, he began leaving goodbye messages for his 7 million twitter followers one tweet at a time. When he was done, there were a total of 24 messages through which he would justify his reasons for quitting the micro-blogging site.
