Salman Khan’s Inshallah to clash with Akshay Kumar’s Sooryavanshi on EID 2020!

While promoting his upcoming production venture, Notebook, Salman Khan confirmed that his next film with Alia Bhatt that is being directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, titled Inshallah, will release in the cinemas on EID 2020! If you remember, the same date has been locked by Rohit Shetty and Karan Johar for Akshay Kumar’s Sooryavanshi.

If the clash is indeed on, it could be one of the biggest box-office battles in recent times unless one of the films is postponed or released in advance. Khan’s last two EIDS have been rather disappointing, with Tubelight and Race 3 failing to strike a chord with the audiences and even his die-hard fans. Kumar, on the other hand, is enjoying a dream run at the movies since Airlift in 2016, and his latest release, Kesari, is also on its way to becoming a bonafide success.

July 2o20 could be a historic month for the movies, we already have these two aforementioned giants clashing at the ticket windows, and SS Rajamouli’s RRR and Karan Malhotra’s Shamshera are also touted to be out on the same day. And out of these four films that are lined-up for release, two star Alia Bhatt. Now it shall be exciting to witness who wins the clash between Khan and Kumar, and Bhatt and Kapoor (who star in RRR and Shamshera respectively).
