REVEALED: Kangana & Rajkummar’s part in Mental Hai Kya!

The first look posters of the Kangana Ranaut and Rajkummar Rao-starrer Mental Hai Kya have mentally prepared us for the duo’s boldest film yet and the big surprise that its producer, who is also today’s birthday girl, Ekta Kapoor has in store for us.

But, what’s perhaps no longer a surprise are the characters that they are going to play.

Reportedly, Kangana and Rajkummar Rao will be seen essaying the characters of a voiceover artist and an entrepreneur respectively. Now, we are waiting to see how the paths of these two people, provided that they are playing the parts that are being reported, cross with each other.

A source revealed saying, “Kangana has been putting in a lot of time to get her part right, focusing on the minute details and training with professionals. The team is currently in London to shoot the second schedule which will be filmed over the next 30-35 days. Besides some interesting scenes, Kangana and Rajkummar are also scheduled to shoot a fun song at major locations in London. The spots that have been finalised for the shoot from across Central London, include the London Tower Bridge, Oxford Street and a Broadway theatre in the city.”

While, Kangana, on the other hand, spoke about her part in the film by saying, “You’re never sure if this girl is hallucinating or what’s happening to her is for real, whether the guy (Rajkummar) is trying to trap her or she’s got him wrong.”

On the work front, Kangana is reportedly shooting for the second schedule of Mental Hai Kya in London, for which the Omerta star is reportedly about to leave today.

We guess that perhaps had it not been for a bold and gutsy producer like Ekta, perhaps a twisted story about an entrepreneur and a voiceover artist would have met with a firm “Mental Hai Kya” from the other producers, right?
