RAW: John Abraham FINALLY finds a leading lady in this actress

RAW, short for Romeo Akbar Walter, directed by Robby Grewal, was supposed to star Sushant Singh Rajput, but the actor left the film owing to date issues and commitment conflicts. The new leading man is John Abraham. And it seems he has now slowly and gradually mastered the art of pulling off slick action thrillers with effortless ease.

But the film didn’t have a leading lady, as even the toughest men need someone as their solace in sufferings. But now the makers’ search has ended on the same actress who’ll be seen in biggies like Gold, Dabangg 3 and Brahmastra, yes, Mouni Roy. Talking about signing the film, Mouni said in an interview, “I’ve given auditions in the past but this film just happened. I went for a meeting and the team instantly felt I suited the character as I have an old-world vibe. They offered me the role and I immediately said ‘yes’. I wasn’t happy with the other offers I got around the time but I am excited about this film.”

Talking about her co-star, she stated, “I love John sir’s work. He has an intimidating personality but everyone says wonderful things about him. These days, I’m kind of numb.”

The release date of the film is yet to be revealed!
