Rana Daggubati’s 30-day transformation will blow your mind!
Rana Daggubati has been working on two of his much-awaited films simultaneously, the sequel to the well received Baahubali and India’s first war-at-sea film: The Ghazi Attack. Now the real challenge here is playing two characters who are poles apart when its comes to muscularity.
Baahubali: The Conclusion requires Rana to be a beefy warrior, while The Ghazi Attack requires a lean-and-mean officer Rana Daggubati. Just look at his warrior body!:
In order to fit into the medium-sized submarine officer suit, warrior Rana had to take a month-long break from beefing up further and went on an all-veggie diet. He stopped lifting weights and focused on cardio-centric workouts so that he could lose all the extra pounds he was packing under the flesh. Here’s a picture of his lean self from a still with late veteran actor Om Puri:
Rana Daggubati, being a certified scuba diver, gave him an edge over his fellow Ghazi co-stars in terms of agility and fitness.
Due to this, we bet the actor has a huge wardrobe with clothes of all possible sizes of a grown man. Hats off!
