HOUSEFULL 4: This is what Rana Daggubati’s role in the Akshay Kumar comedy is!

Housefull 4 has already gone through multiple ups and downs till now. First, Nana Patekar quit the film after Tanushree Dutta’s allegations of sexual harassment, then Sajid Khan, the former director, also put his foot down as he too, was accused by multiple women of the same charge. Farhad Samji, the co-director of Entertainment and Housefull 3, has now been roped in to helm the franchise. And Rana Daggubati has replaced Nana Patekar.

Talking about Daggubati’s role in a recent interview, Samji said, “I think it is too early to talk about his role. It’s an important role. He is playing the threat in the film.” Speaking further on the film, the director stated, ““It would have been difficult for me had I not written the screenplay and dialogues of the film. Whenever I narrate, I do it like a stand-up act. All the actors, even producers make it a point that I am present on sets. I was in Jaisalmer while the shooting was happening there.”

The film is India’s first reincarnation comedy that will release in 3D on October 25, 2019.
