Padmavati Effect: John Abraham’s Parmanu release date changed?

John Abraham and Diana Penty impressed everyone with their first look in Parmanu – The Story Of Pokhran. Based on the nuclear test conducted at Pokhran in 1998 the film was set to hit the screens on December 8. But now the latest reports suggest that the film might get pushed to 2018.

Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Padmavati is all set to hit the screens on 1st December and hence SLB has approached John to delay Parmanu. Not just this, some portions of Parmanu are still to be shot and that’s why the makers have decided to push the release.

The first look of Deepika Padukone from Padmavati became an instant hit on the internet. Interestingly Vidya Balan starrer Tumhari Sulu was also scheduled to hit the screen on 1st December but the makers shifted the date to November 24.

Now Amitabh Bachchan and Rishi Kapoor’s 102 Not Out is also slated to release on 1st December. Well, we wonder if the makers of 102 Not Out will shift the release date of the film.
