Oh No! Kangana Ranaut gets called into a police station for THIS reason!

As is well known to you all, Manikarnika star Kangana Ranaut gifted herself a lavish Pali Hill-based bungalow last year on the occasion of her 30^th birthday. For those who are curious about the kind of cost it came to the fireball actress at, Ranaut shelled out a whopping amount of over 20 crores for the sprawling establishment.

But now, if an online report is to be believed, she has allegedly not cleared the brokerage dues that she was supposed to pay to the concerned party at the time of the purchase.

It so happened that a real estate dealer reportedly approached the Khar Police, to whom he complained against the actress, her sister Rangoli and other members that are a part of Kangana’s team. The complainant alleged that the actress hadn’t paid him the complete consideration towards the brokerage.

In response to the allegations that have been levied on her, while speaking to a leading daily, the Simran star said that, “My finance team was taking care of the deal, the complainant was paid 1 per cent brokerage close to Rs 22 lakh which as per Industry standards; now he is asking for 2 per cent brokerage. At no point, two percent brokerage was decided on. The money transferred is through the bank and all documents are available.”

On the other hand, the complainant, Prakash Rohira, said that “I’m aware there will be blatant denials and things will be made to appear as if I’m at fault, it is standard defense. I have no intention to take this to media as I’m the smaller one here and more prone to harm. I’m confident of my matter. It’s best to depend on evidence produced by all parties.”
