Not one, but we will see TWO Himesh Reshammiyas in his next?

Himesh Reshammiya has always surprised us with his acting skills, which he has shown off in its full glory in a total of eight films so far. If you don’t remember half of the films that he has essayed the lead role in, well, we can’t really blame you. But now, four years after his last outing as a male lead, The Xpose, we hear that the singer-turned-actor has signed on the dotted lines of a film which will reportedly see him in a double role!

Now, doesn’t that make us respect the man all the more? It is a no-brainer that playing two characters in a single film, and sometimes in a single frame, is no cakewalk. But, history is proof that the rewards of making a successful double-hero film have been disproportionately high. Take a look at the double hero films that have been done by the likes of Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir Khan, who have played two versions of themselves in films like Judwaa, Duplicate & Dhoom 3 respectively. Haven’t we loved them in the films that we mentioned or WHAT?!

If there is any truth to the pieces of news that are related to Mr. Reshammiya’s double-role project, we wish the man all the very best for his next endeavor!
