Karwaan star Dulquer Salmaan is a REAL heart-throb! Here is the proof!

Dulquer Salmaan, who is all set to debut in Bollywood with Karwaan is quite a heartthrob in the South Indian circuit. The Mollywood sensation has a huge fan base down South as he has worked in Tamil and Telegu films as well.

And now, the director of his grand Bollywood debut film, Akarsh Khurana, got to witness the DQ effect first-hand.

In a recently-held interview, Khurana was quoted saying, “We were traveling from Kerala to Ooty through these beautiful roads and villages. At one spot, I saw this bridge and thought of filming a couple of scenes there. Since there was no one around I thought there would be no security hassles. We began working and when the word of Dulquer being there spread, a crowd of 1500 people gathered there to watch the shoot. I did not see anyone around so I was surprised to see where these people are coming from. His fans, like him, are extremely well-behaved.”

Dulquer, who was a part of the conversation as well said, “Please, don’t believe this. This is all his imagination.”

Karwaan revolves around the lives of three odd people, who meet through a strange situation and bond through a journey. It stars Dulquer Salmaan, Irrfan Khan and Mithila Palkar in the lead roles. The film, which has been shot in the backdrop of Kerala, will hit the theatres on 27th July.
