Kareena’s baby shower cancelled?

Kareena Kapoor Khan has broken all stereotypes during her pregnancy and is actively shooting for her upcoming films till date. However, the actress who is expecting her first child in December is in no mood to have a baby shower. As per reports, her mother-in-law Sharmila Tagore wanted to organise a grand god bharai ceremony for the actress, but Kareena has opted out of it! What led the actress to opt out of her baby shower?

Ever since hubby Saif announced his begum Kareena’s pregnancy, various rumours have been doing the rounds. These include reports of the star couple getting their baby’s sex determination test done in London and Kareena giving birth to a baby boy recently. While Saif recently opened up, denying all such rumours, Kareena seems to be just tired of all these. Hence the actress has decided not to have a baby shower, to keep away from unwanted reports and rumours.

On the work front, Kareena is presently shooting for ‘Veere Di Wedding,’ which is being directed by Shashanka Ghosh. The film, which is slated to hit the screens next year also stars Sonam Kapoor, Swara Bhaskar and Shikha Talsania.
