Box-Office update: Pari gaining some momentum, SKTKS crosses 50 crores

Considering the past week was a long weekend for movies like Pari and Veerey Ki Wedding it would have done some good business. Let’s take a look at the numbers.

Pari, starring Anushka Sharma was the most talked about film this holiday weekend as it was the first time where a horror movie was actually not promoted. Did that hamper the numbers here is the collection Friday: 3.85 Crores, Saturday 4.65 Crores which brings to a total of 8.50 crores.

Veerey Ki Wedding starring Pulkit Samrat, Kriti Kharbanda and Jimmy Shergill also released on the same day as Anushka Sharma’s Pari. The movie which managed some decent collection despite competition from Pari. Here is the collection, Friday: 0.70 Crores, Saturday 0.75 Crores which brings to a total of 1.45 crores

Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety, starring Kartik Aaryan, Sunny Singh and Nushrat Bharucha has surpassed everyone’s expectations. The movie is being loved by the audience. In its 2nd week, the movie has collected Friday 5.50 Crores, Saturday 6.30 Crores which comes to a total of 11.80 crores and the grand total of 56.25 crores.

Black Panther was the much talked about Marvel movie. The movie is being loved worldwide and has been still raking in the numbers. Let’s take a look at its 3rd-week numbers Friday  0.80 Crores, Saturday 1.15 Crores which totals to 1.95 Crores and also takes the grand total to 43.95 Crores.

Padmaavat which released on 26th January 2018 has still been going strong at the box-office with the audience still going to see Ranveer Singh’s performance. In it’s 6th week the movie has collected on Friday 0.80 Crores, Saturday 1.05 Crores in Hindi which brings the total to 281.35 Crores and a grand total of 290.00 crores.
