Blackbuck Poaching Case: Salman Khan to appear in court AGAIN
Salman Khan is reported to appear before the Jodhpur court today in regards with his Blackbuck Poaching Case. Salman has to be present for the verification of bail bonds submitted by him in the case. The 51 years old actor was acquitted by the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate in January 2017, under the Arms Act case. He had then filed a bail bond in a higher court, the District and Sessions judge.
Salman along with Bollywood actors Saif Ali Khan and Tabu were involved of poaching blackbucks on the night of October 1, 1998. It all happened during the shooting of Hum Saath-Saath Hain. Sallu Bhai was arrested for carrying and using illegal arms following which a case under the Arms Act was registered against him.
However, it is yet to be known if Salman appeared before the Court today or not.
Jitendar Singh Khichi, a lawyer practising in the criminal side at the High Court said “Khan has to come for verification of bail bonds before the appellate court as it is a legal procedure,”
While talking about the possibility the lawyer said “It is not necessary to come tomorrow and Khan may also file an application seeking exemption from personal appearance for tomorrow,”
We just hope Salman Khan is cleared out of the case soon. The Dabangg star will be next seen in Tiger Zinda Hai along with Katina Kaif.
