The opinionated veteran filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt has once again taken his outrage to Twitter. This time it is regarding the legal battles which are being faced by Akshay Kumar‘s legal drama Jolly LLB 2. The movie had received a Universal Audience (UA) Certificate with no scene deletions. But the path to the movie’s release isn’t clear yet. Check out the tweet:

Shortly after, a Nanded-based lawyer, who goes by the name of Ajaykumar Waghmare notified the Bombay High Court that the film was an attempt to portray the country’s legal profession and judicial system in poor light. In order to have the matter resolved, the Aurangabad bench of the Bombay High Court has set up a 3-person committee in order to see the film. This matter soon escalated to the Apex court who consequently put on hold the screening of the movie.
The fate of the movie lies in the hands of Bombay High Court. If all goes Jolly Well, the film will release on the 10th of February, as per the schedule.
Can the modern-day Birbal find his way out of this Tareek Pe Tareekh scenario? We hope that Akki and team are Jolly good at putting these matters to rest.
