Akshay Kumar to kill a sandalwood smuggler?

Akshay Kumar is a man who loves to play unconventional parts. In a recent event, where a book was launched which is a first-hand account of sandalwood smuggler Veerappan through the eyes of the cop who was reponsible for his takedown, K. Vijay Kumar.

Akki indeed found both the characters interesting, but he displayed a keen interest in playing the role of Vijay Kumar.

Here’s what he said  “Both Veerappan and Vijay Kumar’s characters are really interesting but I would love to play the role of Vijay Kumar because the whole planning has been done by him and how brilliantly he executed the entire operation.“
