Not just his look, Akshay Kumar to even change his voice for 2.0

Akshay Kumar and Rajinikanth starrer 2.0 (Robot 2) is no doubt one of the most anticipated and expensive movies of Indian cinema. Rajinikanth reprising the roles of Dr. Vaseegaran and Chitti while Akshay Kumar will be seen playing an evil badass scientist Dr. Richard an ornithologist who turns into a crow after a flop experiment in the film.

The first look posters of Akshay Kumar had already stunned the audience and now the actor will change his voice for 2.0. This whole procedure will happen through technological sound enhancement that changes the voices.

Oscar-winning sound designer Resul Pookutty, says “We are working on it. After struggling for weeks, Shankar and I have discovered a method. We are not fully satisfied with the voice quality yet. In a while, we will get the perfect voice and pitch for Akshay.”

Well, we are surely excited to hear Akshay’s voice in the film. The makers recently released the first look of Amy Jackson from the film and we are expecting the teaser of the film to be out soon.

Directed by Shankar, the film also features Adil Hussain and Sudhanshu Pandey. The music is composed by Academy Award winner A. R. Rahman.

2.0 (Robot 2) was scheduled to release during Diwali on 18 October 2017. But later the makers postponed the release date to January 25th next year.
