Aamir Khan’s (Secret) Superstar to clash with Superstar Rajnikanth’s 2.0

B-Town’s Mr Perfectionist, Aamir Khan has always made sure that his films have been outstanding and hence spends a considerable amount of time when it comes to releasing his films.

Aamir’s next, (Secret) Superstar is in the same process of finalising a perfect date to be released. The movie was earlier slated to release on 4th August but was facing a clash with Imtiaz Ali’s next, Raula starring SRK and Anushka Sharma as well as Akshay Kumar’s Toilet: Ek Prem Katha which are scheduled to release on the 11th of August.

Even though, Raula and Toilet: Ek Pem Katha were booked for the second week, (Secret) Superstar’s release just a week before these films would result in a great loss for Aamir’s film.

Hence, like always, Aamir found a way out of this hodgepodge and decided to reschedule the movie to Diwali. However, ‘2.0’ starring Superstar Rajnikanth and Akshay Kumar is set to release this Diwali, too.

Sources say that Aamir called Rajni and informed him about his intentions of releasing (Secret Superstar) this Diwali and Rajni waved the green flag resulting in the second biggest clash in 2017 after Hrithik Roshan’s Kaabil and SRK’s Raees.

Rohit Shetty’s Golmaal again is also trying to make its way to the silver screen this Diwali – looks like Bollywood will witness its very first triple box office clash!
