Arjun Rampal opens up on Aankhein 2

The 2002 movie Aankhein had created waves. It was an iconic film for everyone involved, including Arjun Rampal, who, in a media interaction has given us certain insights on the much awaited sequel.

Rampal starts with the obvious statement that the movie has to go to the next level, for which the lead is training hard. And when asked about Akshay Kumar being a part of the sequel, he states that Amitabh Bachchan and him are the only two who have been retained from the prequel.

Aankhein 2 is directed by Aneez Bazmee and Gaurang Doshi. The star ensemble comprises of Amitabh Bachchan and the three blind men will be played by Anil Kapoor, Arjun Rampal and Arshad Warsi. Ilena D’Cruz will be seen playing the female lead.

Our expectations, like Rampal’s vision for the movie, are also on the next level.
