SRK Fans Rejoice – You can watch Raees on Netflix starting today!

Netflix members around the world, including India, can now stream or download Shah Rukh Khan aka King Khan’s action thriller, Raees, on any device starting today! The film Raees is the fictitious story of a man named Raees (Shah Rukh Khan), set in early 1980’s to 1990’s Gujarat, India. The film explores how Raees‘ relationships and meteoric rise helped him build an entire empire from scratch, to make him the single most powerful man in the state. However, his downfall will be crossing paths with the no-nonsense police officer Majumdar, whose sole reason for existence is the elimination of crime. What ensues next is a tumultuous battle between the two, which forms a key defining element of the film’s narrative.

Raees is now available on Netflix as part of a long-term deal with Red Chillies Entertainment (RCE), the film production house headed by superstar Shah Rukh Khan. From classic SRK titles such as Ram Jaane, Asoka, Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa and English Babu Desi Mem, to recent hits including Dear Zindagi, Red Chillies titles are exclusively available on Netflix. The agreement will also give Netflix members both in India and around the world exclusive subscription video-on-demand access to new RCE films that will hit Indian theatres within the next three years.
