On-screen cricketer Angad Bedi to now own a boxing team?

After receiving praises and compliments for his role in Inside Edge where plays a captain of a cricket team, Angad Bedi is in high spirits. To celebrate the success of his web series, Angad has flown to Delhi to meet his family and friends.

Recently, Angad was spotted at the Super Boxing League which started on 7th July. Former world champion and Olympic medallist, Amir Khan is the face of the league in India. Bedi was spotted hitting a conversation with Amir. It seems that this sports lover is planning to invest and own a boxing team in the SBL.

He said, “I’ve been in Delhi for a few days to support Amir’s team, Mumbai Assassins, in the Super Boxing League. Considering how big the sport is today, this investment may be fruitful. Currently, we are finalizing the details and should be ready to play in the next season”

It is always interesting to see the combination of Bollywood and sports. Other Bollywood stars who own Boxing team are Suniel Shetty, Rana Daggubati, Randeep Hooda, Sushant Sing Rajput, Riteish Deshmukh amongst many others. It’s also pleasing to see our beloved Angad Bedi join the bandwagon as well.
