SHOCKING! Now Morgan Freeman accused of sexual harassment

If the horrific incidents of Harvey Weinstein and Kevin Spacey weren’t enough to put women’s safety in jeopardy, another actor, that too a legendary one, has been accused of sexual harassment and he’s none other than Morgan Freeman, the star of The Shawshank Redemption. And what’s more shocking is that he has been accused by not one or two but eight different women.

One of the early accusations came by a production assistant who was working with Morgan on his comedy show, Going In Style, back in 2015. The assistant stated that the actor was in the habit of unwanted touching and commenting about her body on regular occasions. Things went out of control when Morgan tried to lift her skirt up.

Another lady who had a similar incident was also from the senior production staff of the 2012 film, Now You See Me. This is what she had to say about Morgan, “He did comment on our bodies. We knew that if he was coming by… not to wear any top that would show our breasts, not to wear anything that would show our bottoms, meaning not wearing clothes that were fitted.”

After multiple accusations, Morgan Freeman released this statement, “Anyone who knows me or has worked with me knows I am not someone who would intentionally offend or knowingly make anyone feel uneasy. I apologize to anyone who felt uncomfortable or disrespected — that was never my intent.”
