Disha Patani to star opposite Tiger Shroff in ‘SOTY 2’?

A lot of speculations have been doing the rounds about the cast of Karan Johar’s ‘Student of the Year 2’ and we get to hear a new name almost everyday. However, we have decided not to pay heed to rumours anymore as we now know who is the actress. Our Khabri keeda tells us that Disha Patani has been roped in for the project.

As we already know, Disha’s rumoured boyfriend Tiger Shroff will be playing the film’s male lead and we can very well guess who suggested her name to KJo! Just a couple of days back, the duo were spotted leaving a restaurant near Bandra after dinner. The couple, who normally try to hide from shutterbugs, were all smiles as they stepped out of the restaurant and drove off in Disha’s car. Was the dinner date a celebration for their upcoming film together?

We have earlier reported that young actress, singer and dancer – Tara Sutaria will be playing the film’s leading lady no. 2. As per reports, Sridevi and Boney Kapoor’s elder daughter, Jhanvi Kapoor is all set to be launched under the Dharma Productions banner, even though it’s not clear whether she’ll make her debut in ‘SOTY 2’ or the hindi remake of ‘Sairat’. Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh’s daughter Sara Ali Khan, who reportedly was to make her Bollywood debut with ‘SOTY2,’  recently opted out of the film.
