OOPS: Varun Dhawan injured on the sets of Kalank
We all keep reading how actors are injured during film shoots, sometimes due to difficult action scenes or stunts going horribly wrong. The same happened with the hit machine, Varun Dhawan, who had to face the same fate on the sets of Kalank. In one really intense action scene, the actor ended up injuring his arm.
A source from the film stated, “The scene was an intense brawl sequence where Varun had to lift and throw a door at a co-actor. The lift was ill-timed, and he ended up injuring his arm badly. The team rushed to his aid and he was given immediate medical attention on set.”
Despite being injured, the star didn’t halt the film’s shoot and continued shooting. Well, this is why he’s admired by the audiences. As far as Kalank is concerned, the film is easily one of the biggest to come out of Dharma Productions with a massive star-cast. All set to release on the 19th of April, 2019, it is directed by Abhishek Varman and produced by Karan Johar.
