Veere Di Wedding new song, Bhangra Ta Sajda, is energy personified!

Veere Di Wedding, starring Kareena Kapoor Khan, Sonam Kapoor Ahuja, Swara Bhasker and Shikha Talsania, has been in the news ever since it was announced. Since we haven’t made too many films with female friends as protagonists, the thought itself sounded rare and refreshing. After redefining style and glitz in its first song, Tareefan, the girl gang is back with a wedding song, Bhangra Ta Sajda, which is equally impactful and high on energy and masti. There could not have been a better day to share the song than just two days after the grand wedding of one of the film’s leading ladies, Sonam Kapoor Ahuja, as the song is set against the backdrop of a wedding proceeding. However, this isn’t your usual Bhangra, that has been incessantly caricatured in Hindi Cinema.

Releasing on the 1^st of June, Veere Di Wedding explores the camaraderie and complications of four friends and how their friendship stands the test of time.
