Satyameva Jayate: When John Abraham got INJURED REALLY BAD!

Just about yesterday, the makers of the upcoming Milap Zaveri directorial, titled Satyameva Jayate, released a heart-breaking song titled Tajdar E Haram, in which we saw the central protagonist of the flick, John Abraham, who is totally covered in blood and puss, indulging in some serious self-flagellation!

Usually while performing such sequences, an actor usually opts for a body double, but the Parmanu star is clearly an exception to that rule. Abraham, unlike many others, chose to perform the scene in question without any body double, and he did it like a boss! But, he did pay quite a price for being the professional that he is!

Speaking about the same, director Milap Zaveri shared that, “We had to use real knives because the audience would be able to tell the fake ones from the real. By the fourth take, John had suffered multiple cuts. Since he had makeup on, we didn’t realise that he was bleeding. It was only after we had canned the shot that he rushed to get medical help.” 

Ouch! That must have hurt!
