NOT Ranveer Singh, but Varun Dhawan gets the fattest pay for IPL?

Just a short while ago, we got to hear that to put up a 15-minute performance at the opening ceremony of IPL, Ranveer Singh was allegedly taking home a humongous amount of around 5 crores. Well, maybe that’s what you can charge if you suddenly become the flavor of the year. But, although after coming across such a report, one may think that Singh is indeed going to be the highest paid gen-next star to perform at the hugely popular cricket league, well, think again!

As per new reports, the person who is indeed going to be the highest paid one out of the gen-next lot is October star Varun Dhawan, who is said to have been paid an amount that is upwards of 6 CRORES! Although, there is no clarity on the exact number as such.

We guess that it’s the kind of moolah you expect if you have a great connection with the audience, right? Truly a masterclass in its own way.

But, guess the Money Baba of B-Town will feel a little jealous now, right?
