Have the makers of ‘Raees’ signed a secrecy pact?

Just like any other Shah Rukh Khan film, reports and rumours started doing the rounds ever since SRK started shooting for ‘Raees’. However, things took a negative turn post the Uri attacks, when the film became the target of certain political groups for casting Pakistani actress Mahira Khan. The Pakistani artist ban wave across the country have only made things worse for the makers. Hence the makers have reportedly made the film’s cast and crew sign a secrecy pact.

What is the pact all about? A source close to the project revealed, “Anyone from the team, who breaks this clause will face monetary losses as the makers will not pay them.” Reports suggest that the makers of ‘Raees’ want to play safe and avoid getting dragged into any political issues like Karan Johar’s ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ and hence the secrecy pact!

While we have reported earlier that Pakistani actress Mahira Khan has been replaced from the film, we are eagerly waiting to see which Bollywood actress will be roped in opposite SRK. For the uninitiated, SRK is essaying a ‘Miya-Bhai baniya’ in the film and is sporting a look, which he has never sported before! The actor will be seen sporting a beard, wearing a Pathani suit and kohl in his eyes. Amid all the controversies, the poster and teaser of the film have already been released. Have a look!
