Abbas Mustan’s Machine was denied by INOX!

Abbas Mustan and the whole team of Machine is surely disappointed as one of the leading multiplexes of India, INOX denied even a single screening of the film. INOX clearly stated that the latest (disappointing) Abbas Mustan flick was not a good business decision. Hence, they were shown the door.

Did you know: PVR Juhu was forced to cancel the afternoon show because JUST 1 movie goer turned up at the show!

Although the iconic directorial duo tried very hard to get a few shows, the film did not get a nod from the multiplexes due to lack of (quality) content.

In the final round of negotiations, Abbas Mustan demanded two shows of the movie from the Multiplex Chain.

INOX, in turn, did not agree to give the makers more than 1 show a day.

Even still, the directors kept pressing INOX. A fed up INOX decided not to give them any shows at all. Guess that’s a lesson for everyone. When your content is something that even dogs will not watch, you should not go ahead and try to press it down anyone’s throat!

Recently, we also saw the film Machine being promoted on the hit TV Show CID (Guess they were quite desperate!)

Perhaps Abbas-Mustan knew that the future of Mustafa’s debut was bleak. Now, what will Mustafa do?
