Raj Thackeray: We won’t let ADHM and Raees release in theaters

The issue regarding Pakistani actors working in Bollywood is getting messier by the day. While celebrities are raising their opinions on the same, some of them are in the favour of MNS and IMPPA’s decision and some have even condemned it. And now we hear the Maharashtra Navnirman Sena chief, Raj Thackeray say that he won’t let ‘Aee Dil Hai Mushkil’ and ‘Raees’ release in India. “We have asked the theatres not to release their movie, we must teach them a lesson, the producers are more at fault than those artist.” He slammed Pakistani heartthrob Fawad Khan who has always maintained that his priority is Pakistan. Fawad even went on record to say that he will stand in support of his country, irrespective of Pakistan being a source of terrorism. Thackeray also said “Fawad Khan tells that he loves his country and will not condemn the attack and he wants to work here? And producer and directors will provide him with work. Sources close to actor have denied all reports of Fawad making any such statements. The current scenario in Bollywood and the entire fiasco makes it difficult for us to believe that everything will fall in place soon. It sure looks like tough times ahead for Pakistani artists in Bollywood.
