Virushka reception: When Ranbir and Katrina CROSSED each other!

At last, we got to see some adorable pictures from Virushka’s magnanimous wedding reception, and, admittedly, they were every bit cutesy!

But, what really piqued our interest was the fact that Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif, who had, OBVIOUSLY, made appearances, as while Ranbir and Anushka had worked together in Bombay Velvet and Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, Katrina and she worked together on Jab Tak Hai Jaan and are shooting a yet another film together with SRK.

While we were wondering what would happen when the ex-flames Jagga Jasoos pair would cross paths, we got some really interesting dope of what unfolded once they came into each others’ sight.

A source reveals, ’The two came into the reception one after the other. However, they were surrounded by their own coterie. Karan Johar, who had come in earlier with Sidharth Malhotra caught Katrina’s attention and she didn’t spare a minute before heading their way and meeting them. Just while they were exchanging pleasantries, with Isabelle and Ali in town, talking about how phenomenally well Tiger Zinda Hai is doing, RK walked into them.’’

While narrating this incident, the source also spoke about a close call which was going to happen between the two. It so happened that after all the pleasantries were exchanged, Ranbir and Katrina were about to face each other, but Bhramastra director Ayan Mukherji was quick to pull his actor to his side and reportedly talk shop.

On the work front, Ranbir is (hopefully) on the last leg of the much awaited Sanjay Dutt biopic, while Kat is baking in the success of Tiger Zinda Hai and shooting Thugs Of Hindostan and the Aanand L Rai-SRK Dwarf film simultaneously. Truly a Tigress, right?
