This is when Shahid Kapoor will turn into an on-screen boxer!
Shahid Kapoor is currently a very busy man, who’s juggling with as many as three films simultaneously. His first release of the year is Batti Gul Meter Chalu, where it’s being said the actor will don the role of a lawyer for the first time in his career. Next in the pipeline is the remake of Arjun Reddy, which is likely to go on floors in July.
Now, we reported a few weeks ago that the Airlift director, Raja Krishna Menon, had signed Shahid for his next, where he would be essaying the role of a boxer. If reports are to be believed, the Jab We Met actor would start the film by December. However, he would commence his training within a month itself, and simultaneously prep for the Arjun Reddy remake, as both the films require him to be in a perfect shape.
Shahid is expected to complete the remake by November. And as far as his untitled boxer film is concerned, the director stated earlier that the actor’s training in dance would help him in his physical training.
Meanwhile, Batti Gul Meter Chalu releases on the 31st of August, 2018.
