THE MAHABHARATA: Sanjay Dutt to lend his voice for the latest version?

The Mahabharata, possibly the grandest TV show in Indian history, has had multiple adaptations on television since the 90’s. Now, this fascinating battle is yet to have another adaptation but this time on a radio. And reports suggest that Sanjay Dutt may lend his voice to one of the key characters of the show. Not only that, even Shatrughan Sinha, Vivek Oberoi and Shakti Kapoor have been roped in to be a part of the same.

The show is all set to be launched this month. We saw the animated version of The Mahabharata on the big screen in 2013 but sadly the film failed to create the charm and the euphoria one expects from a film of such grandeur and stature. Well, there are a lot of strong reports that say Aamir Khan is working on the adaptation and it could be the biggest film in Indian history.
