There were reports that after Anand was accused of fraud and spreading false news about the results of his institution’s students, the makers of Super 30 planned to change the script and make it a fictional underdog story rather than a biopic, but recently it was reported that nothing in the script has been changed. The film also stars Pankaj Tripathi as the antagonist and is all set to release on January 25, 2019. it will clash at the box-office with as many as three films- Kangana Ranaut’s Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi, Emraan Hashmi’s Cheat India and Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s Thackeray.
