SRK’s fun rail ride promotion gripped with a tragedy on its way!
‘Raees’ promotion was a hit with SRK traveling in a train to Delhi from Mumbai. With the star using public transport, we witnessed how his crazy fans have gone out of their way just to catch a glimpse of the Bollywood Badshah. So much so that during the promotion of the film one person died of cardiac arrest for doing the same.
The incident took place at Vadodara railway station, where social activist Farid Khan Pathan who belonged to Hatikhana area of Vadodara had arrived at the railway platform with this wife and daughter as the entire family were dedicated followers of the actor. Farid Khan Pathan fell unconscious after suffering a cardiac arrest at the platform.
With heartbreak, the family of the social activist Farid Khan Pathan confirmed that the activist was declared dead when they reached the hospital. From his medical reports, he initially felt suffocated during the stampede at the railway station and then suffered a heart attack.
The crowd was uncontrollable so the police had to way out through lathi-charge to scatter the crowd. With this alternative, some were injured and had bruises on their head and face. In addition, two constables of the Railway police also collapsed in controlling the chaos and are now out of danger.
This definitely shows how SRK’s fans have him in their souls and will continue to have him in their hearts, forever.
