We all know the sad incident where a dear SRK fan lost his life during the promotional train travel orchestrated by Shah Rukh Khan and team for the promotion of his film Raees a month ago. While the wounds of the incident were healing, Team Raees has been hit by an another intimation. And this time by the police force of Kota, Rajasthan.
Turns out, a vendor at the station, Vikram Singh from Kota stated that on January 23, when King Khan arrived at the city’s railway station, a ruckus was created by his fans. That was a scenario which was bound to happen.
In this ruckus created by his fans, while Shah Rukh Khan was standing on the gate of the coach of August Kranti Rajdhani Express, he threw something towards the sea of fans, after which the fans rushed to grab that item. This incident caused Vikarm Singh’s trolley to overturn, damaging the items in it as well as Vikram Singh.
Based on the vendor’s complaint, Shah Rukh Khan is being booked under the following sections:
- Section 427 (mischief causing damage to the amount of Rs 50),
- Section 120(b) (criminal conspiracy),
- Section 147 (rioting),
- Section 149 (every member of unlawful assembly guilty of offense committed)
- Section 160 (committing affray) of IPC.
- Sections 145 (nuisance)
- Section 146 (obstructing railway servant in his duties) of Railway Act
- Section 3 (mischief causing damage to public property) of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act
Now, that’s a LOT for SRK’s legal team to handle!
