SRK reveals a director once told him he was too ugly to become an actor!

Shah Rukh Khan went through a lot of struggles to become the ‘Baadshah’ of Bollywood. The actor’s current revelation is the proof of it.

Recently, while interacting with the media during the promotions of his upcoming film, Zero, the actor made a shocking revelation about him. He claimed that once a director told him that he’s very ugly looking so he could not be fitted as any character. Talking about it, he said, “I was practical and knew that I didn’t look the hero type, nor couldn’t I dance like one. In fact, a director once told me that he could use me anywhere because I was so ugly and not the hero-type.”

He also added that it was Yash Chopra who asked him to be a part of romantic films and that’s when he got immense popularity as the King Of Romance.

 On the work front, Shah Rukh Khan is gearing up for the release of his upcoming film Zero, costarring Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma in lead roles. The Aanand L Rai directorial is set to release on 21st December.
