Sidharth Malhotra’s Vikram Batra biopic to go on floors next year!

Sidharth Malhotra, who was last seen in Aiyaary, is currently wrapping up the shoot of his next film Jabariya Jodi opposite Parineeti Chopra. Meanwhile the actor has also signed the much awaited Vikram Batra biopic tentatively titled Kargil: Sher Shah.

As the early reports stated, the film was supposed to go on floors right after Jabariya Jodi. But now, according to the latest reports, there has been a change in plans as a source of a leading daily was quoted saying, “A major chunk of the biopic needs to be shot in Kashmir. During the recce, the makers realized that the weather conditions would be too rough around January-February for shooting to progress smoothly. Hence, they took a unanimous call to push the schedule by a few months.”

On the other hand, Sidharth also has Milap Zaveri’s revenge drama in his kitty apart from Jabariya Jodi and Kargil. He will reportedly kick-start the revenge drama which also features newbie Tara Sutaria and Riteish Deshmukh, this December.
