Shah Rukh Khan’s Zero no more a solo release, to clash with this film!
We can’t remember the last time Shah Rukh Khan had a solo release. Dilwale clashed with Bajirao Mastani, Raees clashed with Kaabil and now his much ambitious film, Zero, is all set to collide with another awaited film that happens to trace the journey of India’s former Prime Minister. Got the name? No? Well, we are talking about The Accidental Prime Minister, starring Anupam Kher and Akshaye Khanna. It will see Kher in the role of Manmohan Singh and hopefully also showcase what went behind his victory in the 2004 and 2009 Lok Sabha Elections.
In a Twitter chat recently, when a fan asked the actor about the film’s release date, this is what Kher tweeted:-
21st Dec, 2018.:) https://t.co/JzYl3RXUVR
— Anupam Kher (@AnupamPKher) July 11, 2018
Now this will be quite an exciting clash on December 21! Both the films shall give their respective leading men to veer into a space they have never explored before. If SRK dons the look of a dwarf, Kher gets into the skin of the character of a figure whose rise in the world of politics still remains a mystery to many, particularly those who haven’t read the book of the same name as the film!
Stick to this space for the latest in Bollywood!
