SAY WHAT?! Deepika Padukone causes MASS HYSTERIA!

Rewind to 2008, when Deepika Padukone made a smashing debut alongside superstar Shah Rukh Khan in Om Shanti Om, which is being hailed as one of the BEST debuts that ANY artist has received!  Soon, it was observed that the actress became an overnight sensation and turned into an audience’s favorite in no time.

And now, the actress has just got her hands on a video which was filmed when Om Shanti Om had just hit theatres, which took her on an instant nostalgia trip, just like the one we had now!

It so happened that recently, a fan shared a response video from the theatres, where cine-goers were heard going in a frenzy everytime Padukone appeared on the big screen.

The scene in the video that was filmed was that of DP’s first appearance as Shantipriya, where SRK was gazing at her in the background, who was having a total fanboy moment.

When came across this video, DP reminisced her debut and profusely thanked the helmer of her dream film, Farah Khan for the same!

On the work front, Padukone is basking in the success of her latest outing, Padmaavat and will soon team up with her Piku co-star, Irrfan Khan for Sapna Didi, the biopic of a dreaded female gangster who almost succeeded to kill Dawood Ibrahim.
